Our services occur in both site based and community atmospheres. Our goal is to provide recovery oriented programming by helping people re-establish natural roles and supports in the community.

Vocational Rehabilitation Services: In collaboration with the Vocational Rehabilitation Agency, CFI provides vocational rehabilitation including work evaluations, in-house and community work adjustment, job readiness, job coaching, and supported employment

Training: We offer a variety of training to consumers, families, and staff to include a Relapse Prevention Series, and other recovery education to the community and other agencies.

Residential Services:We offer a wide array of supported housing programs for individuals in the community including group homes, supervised apartments, and independent apartments as well as specialized housing programs for individuals who have mental illnesses and have been homeless. 

Outreach Services:We provide outreach services to homeless men and women with mental illnesses

Case Management:  We help consumers negotiate and obtain needed community services to ensure successful community living. 

Work OpportunitiesWe assist consumers in choosing, getting and keeping real jobs in the community.

​By ensuring access to the treatment and recovery supports that are proven effective, recovery is accelerated and the further harm related to the course of illness is minimized.

Day Services: We help consumers to develop vocational, social and living skills. 

Peer SupportOur certified Peer Specialists lend unique insight into mental illness and provide support for skills needed to live more independently.
